Crafternoon tea

Carton House in Co Kildare has a creative solution to what to do this St Patrick’s weekend with their annual Crafternoon Tea. The event combines knitting, cake decorating and handbag-making workshops and masterclasses with a traditional Irish-themed high tea.

There will be craft experts on hand from Smitten knitting shop; A Cake For You sugarcraft, and handbag designer Anna Vahey, while a special menu will feature Irish ingredients such as organic smoked Clare Island salmon, honey-glazed Limerick ham and Bailey's Irish Cheesecake.
