If you have trouble putting names to faces, and contact details to the names, there’s an app that can help you out. The clever people at Evernote have come up with a device that allows you to swap contact details with people, and puts it in context too. Not only does it record name, number, Twitter username and email address, but it also prompts you to take a series of photos, and will add location data to encounters so you can quickly build up a file of how many times you have met a particular person. It then arranges all your contacts into a mosaic of images on the app. However, one of its most useful features is its integration with existing services. It all neatly synchronises with Evernote’s notebooks, so you can keep all your notes together in one account, ready for when you might need them. You can also link up your calendars, so it can predict when you might meet people. Before you know it, Evernote Hello will be almost running your life.
