Moving statue makes brief appearance on Salthill prom

A replica of Rio's Christ the Redeemer statue has appeared in Salthill, Galway. Commissioned by Galway Business School which hosts 52 Brazilian students, it will stand on the college’s roof for the duration of the Olympics. Video: Joe O’Shaughnessy
