Clonmel card rescheduled due to waterlogged track

Seven of the races will take place on December 22nd

Wednesday’s abandoned Clonmel card will be run off at the Tipperary track on Tuesday December 22nd.

There is one change to the card, with the grade three Kerry Group Stayers Novice Hurdle now added to Saturday’s meeting at Fairyhouse, where it will be run as an eighth race.

It is the second time the race has been moved after last Sunday’s Cork meeting was abandoned due to flooding.

Course officials made the decision to draw stumps after an early-morning inspection of the waterlogged course at Powerstown Park.
