The Brown Thomas summer sale starts today. A king-size duvet cover from the range was €285 and is now €199.

The Tara (above), by luxurious bed linen label Piubelle, is a cool sateen 100 per cent cotton duvet cover set that includes two Oxford pillowcases. It comes in white and cream. The king-size cover is reduced from €315 to €155. The Missoni Montgomery throw, also pictured, was €275 and is now €220. All Missoni throws and cushions are reduced by 20 per cent. Pure down pillows, made in Westport, Co Mayo, are down from €195 to €99.50 for a pair.
