Dublin city centre restaurant sells for €915,000

A private investor has paid €915,000 for a high-profile city centre restaurant opposite the Millennium Bridge at 24 Ormond Quay in Dublin 1.

Trading as "Taverna di Bacco" restaurant, the building extends to 273sq m (2,939sq ft) and is let to Wallace Calcio Ltd for 10 years from September 1st, 2013. The rent is €70,000 per annum.
