Heatons move into Northside

Heatons is to replace Dunnes Stores's drapery and household goods outlet at Northside Shopping Centre on the northern fringe of the M50 in Coolock, Dublin 15.

Dunnes continue to operate a large supermarket at the centre which is undergoing a major refurbishment being funded by Nama at a cost of €5 million. The malls are being upgraded with new flooring and lighting while access to the upper level is also being improved.

Heatons will be paying a rent of around €100,000 per annum for a 1,486sq m (16,000sq ft) outlet which is due to employ 55 staff when it opens later this month.
