Kildare town development site has planning permission for 18 houses

A well-located residential site in Kildare town with full planning permission for 18 detached and semi-detached houses is expected to generate considerable interest among developers when it goes to auction on May14th.

Joint agents Savills and REA Coonan are guiding €650,000 for the 0.9 of a hectare (2.3 acres) at Tully Road, which they said "is exactly what the market is looking for".

It is close to the Tesco supermarket and is about 32 miles from Dublin city centre.
