Leases signed for refitted Dublin 2 office blocks in Clanwilliam Court

Rents achieved were in line with the quoting price of €484 per sq m (€45 per sq ft)

International investor London & Regional has completed three office lettings totalling more than 2,787sq m (30,000sq ft) at Clanwilliam Court in Dublin 2. Blocks 1 and 2 were recently refurbished at the corner of Lower Mount Street and Clanwilliam Place.

The ESB has rented 1,486sq m (16,000sq ft) over two floors of Block 2 while Hines, an American real-estate investment company, has taken 743sq m (8,000sq ft) in the same block. A further 576sq m (6,200sq ft) in Block 1 has been let to Bord Bia.

Letting agents JLL and Lisney said the rents achieved were in line with the quoting price of €484 per square metre (€45 per square foot). The flexible lease terms and the short-term leases available had proven particularly popular with tenants and as a result they had had strong inquiries for the remaining four floors in Block 1.

Bord Bia was advised by agents Quinn Agnew, while the ESB was advised by GVA Donal Ó Buachalla.
