After recently letting number 16 North Earl Street in Dublin 1 to UK Souvenirs at a quoted rent of €150,000, Stephen McCarthy of agent Savills is looking for a tenant for another retail premises at 13 North Earl Street.

The premises were recently upgraded and are available at €150,000 per annum.
