On the move at CBRE

One of CBRE's best known Dublin executives, Paul Collins, has been promoted head of the company's EMEA hotels brokerage for the UK and Ireland.

Mr Collins has worked for CBRE Hotels in Dublin since 2001 and is widely regarded as one of the best informed figures in the international hotel industry and particularly the Irish division. In the past year he sold two of Dublin’s leading hotels, the Burlington and the Morrison.

CBRE has also announced that John Ryan has rejoined the company as director of the Hotels & Licensed Division. He previously spent 14 years in the company's licensed division.
