Otter House now fully let as FKM engineering moves in

Engineering contractor FKM Group is to let the third floor of Otter House on the Naas Road in Clondalkin on a 10-year lease at a rent of €130 per sq m (€12 per sq ft).

The letting, through BNP Paribas Real Estate, is for 467sq m (5,027sq ft) of space and 15 car-parking spaces.

Otter House is now fully let with FKM joining Modern Plant, Campion Insurance and Ladbrokes in the 2,510sq m (27,017sq ft) block close to the M50 Red Cow interchange.

The same agent has let the first floor of Behan House on Lwr Mount Street in Dublin 2 to accountants and auditors KSi Faulkner Orr. It has taken a six-year lease on a 213sq m (2,293sq ft) office suite at a rent of about €90,000 per annum which breaks back at €422 per sq m (€39.20 per sq ft ).
