Rugby board to pass on prestige lease

Aoife Murray of Jones Lang LaSalle is reporting "a high level of interest" in a two-storey office suite which has just become available in one of Dublin's best located office blocks – Huguenot House next to the Shelbourne Hotel on St Stephen's Green.

The 847sq m (9,460sq ft) of office space on the first and second floors is available by way of assignment of lease or a sublet following the decision by the International Rugby Board to seek alternative accommodation on the same level. The passing rent is €344 per sq m (€32 per sq ft) while each of the five car-parking spaces costs an additional €3,750 per space.

Property adviser Fergus Slattery has been asked to find alternative accommodation for the rugby board. The European Rugby Commission is also based in Huguenot House.
