Ryanair finds tenant for part of its new headquarters

Ryanair has found a tenant to rent part of its new headquarters in Concourse Building at Airside Business Park near Dublin Airport.

SanDisk, a global leader in flash storage solutions, has agreed to lease 1,161 sq m (12,500 sq ft) at a rent of around €172 per sq m (€16 per sq ft).

Paul Finucane of Colliers International, who is acting for Ryanair, is currently in discussions with a number of parties believed to be interested in two remaining vacant floors which extend to 1,858 sq m (20,000 sq ft).
