Adjoining retail investments are on Liffey Street in Dublin 1

Bannon is seeking €2 million for two adjoining retail investments at 32 and 33 Upper Liffey Street in Dublin 1. The investment will show a return of 6.25 per cent, according to agent Alex Patterson. The two buildings have a combined net internal floor area of 309sq m (3,329sq ft) over ground and first floor retail and storage areas. Footwear trader Crocs occupies number 33 on a 10-year lease from 2012, at a rent of €67,000 per annum. The adjoining building is rack rented by Wax in the City at €65,000
