Starbucks to take over cafe

Starbucks will be paying a rent of €50,000 for the unit opposite entrance to Supervalu

Starbucks coffee shop is to take over an existing cafe at Sutton Cross Retail Centre in north Dublin. The 140sq m (1,500sq ft) unit was previously occupied by Coffeys.

Starbucks will be paying a rent of €50,000 a year for the retail unit which is located opposite the entrance to Supervalu.

Mervyn Ellis of BNP Paribas Real Estate advised the landlord.
