Tech firm leasing three floors

Irish tech company Teamwork. com is leasing three floors of offices at Park House in Blackpool Retail Park in what is one of the most significant office lettings on the north side of Cork city for years.

The letting, handled by joint agents HWBC and DTZ Sherry FitzGerald, is for 1,480sq m (15,940sq ft) of space on a new 10-year lease at a rent of €161.45 per sq m (€15 per sq ft).

Park House was recently refurbished to include air conditioning, suspended ceilings, raised access floors and fully fitted WCs and tea stations on each level.

Some 835sq m (8,988sq ft) of space at the Atrium within the building is available to rent. This comprises three self-contained modern office suites from 190sq m (2,045sq ft) to 360sq m (3,875sq ft) and the agents are quoting a rent of €161.45 per sq m (€15 per sq ft) for the space. Teamwork.com was founded in Cork in 2007 and won SME Company of the Year 2016 at the Cork Chamber of Commerce awards. It is one of the most innovative and fastest-growing companies in the region.
