A 4.125-acre site with planning permission for 14 large detached houses has come on the market at Abbeyside, Dungarvan, Co Waterford, through Sherry FitzGerald Reynolds.

The sale includes a house in the first phase of the development which is about 75 per cent completed and could be used as a show house.
