The former Gilbert & Wright bar and restaurant at Hollybrook Park in Clontarf, Dublin 3, is to be offered for sale at €950,000 by the Saville agency.

The business house occupies a prominent location on Hollybrook Park and is to be sold with a fully fitted bar at street level and a basement restaurant that can seat up to 60.

Joshua Nixon of Savills said that with the premises being offered for sale with vacant possession, a new owner could reopen the bar and lease the restaurant to avail of an immediate rental income.
