Nintendo Switch OLED: bigger, more vibrant screen

New Switch model has more storage and improved audio

Nintendo has updated its Switch console with a new screen that is bigger and more vibrant than its predecessor. The Switch OLED Model boosts the display to seven inches and, as the name suggests, brings in OLED technology to the 720p screen. It's not the only thing that has changed though; the updated Switch also increases its built-in storage, doubling it to 64GB. There's a new adjustable kickstand and audio has improved too. Of course that updated screen means more money – the new console will cost €365. The new Switch, which will come in black or white, launches on October 8th.
