Miami is an inventive homage to the Florida city, albeit more constructed in the imagination – BBF only spent a day in the place. Their Miami is full of dark, epic, dazzling, bold arrangements, with collaborators such as Nina Kraviz, Einstürzende Neubauten's Gudrun Gut, Sa-Ra's Om'Mas Keith and Jamie Lidell adding to the broody, menacing atmosphere on the likes of Verwahrlosung and Broken Pieces . A glorious piece of noir from the shadows.
