Brand new at Brickfield in Dún Laoghaire for €620,000

Latest phase of five-bedroom houses in Honeypark

The latest phase of houses in the Brickfield development in Honeypark on the Glenageary Road Upper in Dún Laoghaire is launched today by the Cosgrave Group through estate agents Hooke & MacDonald.

The 13 newly-designed houses in this phase, titled The Cedar, are all five bed, with living space of 186sq m (2,000sq ft).

Last February all 49 houses in the first part of the Brickfield development sold out. That level of interest has seen the asking price rise by €55,000 to €620,000 for the new properties, which are on open view this weekend.

As well as the 13 new five- bed homes, Cosgraves are also releasing a further 15 four/five-bedroom homes in the development, similar to the ones that sold out last February.
