Shanganagh Terrace has the feel of a country lane, it is quiet and private yet just a walk to the Dart.

There are lovely views from the upper storeys of the houses over the roof tops towards the mountains.

The front garden is south-facing and behind tall hedges, while at the back there is only a flagstoned patio. The amount of work required on this handsome, atmospheric house and the size of the garden may deter some buyers.
