SHERRY FitzGerald has dropped the price of a Victorian five-bedroom house in Monkstown in Co Dublin by €400,000 in an effort to attract fresh interest. It first came on the market last August asking €3.5 million. The price was later dropped to €2.95 million and this week it has dropped again to €2.55 million.

Located on one of the best, and quietest, roads in Monkstown, the house has planning permission to extend by a further 185sq m (2,000 sq ft).
