A FIVE-BEDROOM house at 91 Bushy Park Road in Rathgar, Dublin 6 has come on the market through Sherry FitzGerald asking €1.55 million.

The semi-detached house was extended before the current owners bought in 1995 and it’s a large family house with 297sq m (3,200sq ft) and three reception rooms.

The two-storey extension was cleverly done, designed in the same style as the house. Downstairs it provided for a greatly enlarged kitchen and a formal diningroom off the large hall while upstairs it added an extra bedroom.
