O’Connor moves to Colliers

Catherine O'Connor has been appointed associate director of residential and new homes at Colliers International.

O'Connor is a well known estate agent in the capital with 20 years experience between HOK and a more recent stint at Ganly Walters. It looks as though she'll have her work cut out at Colliers where her new role will include responsibility for growing the residential unit, developing sales strategies for residential and mixed use schemes and also looking after the sales and marketing role for new homes. The appointment follows Peter Kenny's departure last year from Colliers to pastures new at Knight Frank.
