The Ross Hotel in Killarney says it has the biggest collection of gins in the country, all listed in its Gin Bible, including its own house-developed gin. Put some fizz in your weekend

The four-star Hillgrove Hotel, an hour or so from both Dublin and Belfast, on the outskirts of Monaghan town, says a bottle of bubbly will be waiting in your room if you take up its Sip & Stay deal.
