Prose and roses

Children are invited to take time out from smelling the roses at one of Fighting Words creative writing workshops next weekend at the Rose Festival in St Anne's Park on Dublin's northside. The workshops are free and the only rule is that the children have to come up with an original story. Experienced Fighting Words' facilitators will be there to help and encourage. No need to book in advance and parents and guardians are welcome to join in the fun and work with their children to create a story. See clontarf.ie.
