SURVEY:READERS of the consumer magazine Which?have voted Brittany Ferries the best ferry company in a customer satisfaction survey. The French company scored 74 per cent in the survey, which looked at nine ferry companies operating from the UK and Ireland.
As well as receiving the highest score from readers based on overall levels of satisfaction and the likelihood to recommend to others, Brittany Ferries also received four stars for its ease of booking and on-board facilities, as well as for the comfort and cleanliness of its ships.
The company's Mike Bevens said " Which?readers are one of the most critical audiences, so we're honoured to be rated as their top ferry company." The survey polled 2,159 readers, all of whom had travelled by ferry in the previous two years.
