Aer Arann has said it has reached agreement with staff on the transfer of ground handling personnel at Dublin airport to Sky Handling Partners from June 25th. It is understood that more than 30 staff affected will receive a goodwill payment of €1,800 gross per year of service as part of an improved deal between Aer Arann and staff representatives.
Existing terms and conditions will be honoured by Sky Handling Partners. Siptu had threatened industrial action over the proposed transfer.
