Man arrested over murder of Michael Barr in Dublin pub

Male in late 20s detained in connection with fatal shooting at Sunset House

A man has been arrested in connection with the murder of Michael Barr on April 25th.

Barr was fatally shot at the Sunset House pub in Dublin.

Gardaí investigating the murder arrested a man aged in his late 20s on Friday morning.

He was detained at the Bridewell Garda Station in Dublin under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act.

A woman was arrested in connection with the murder on June 8th.

Eamonn Cumberton (29) was charged with the murder on May 29th.
