Irish man dies while kite-surfing in Thailand

Department of Foreign Affairs provides assistance after death of man who lived in country

An Irish man has died while kite-surfing in Thailand.

The man is understood to have been living in the country for a number of years.

The Department of Foreign Affairs said it was aware of the incident and consular assistance was being provided.
