Find out if your local TD is a landlord or owns multiple properties

The 2017 register of TDs’ interests shows that more than a quarter are landlords.

While many TDs list one or two residential properties for rental, a smaller number have several properties.

We have taken the list of property interests submitted by TDs and made it into a searchable database.

Several members of the Cabinet have rental properties, the register shows.

We have included only listings under Section Four of the register, which covers “Land (including property) ...” interests that they hold.

Shares or directorships are not included.

There is a lack of consistency with regards how TDs filled out their responses to the register.

Some TDs have listed their family home under Section Four, others have only listed properties other than the family home.
