Podcast: Supreme Court clears way for referendum on Eighth Amendment

The government has got the green light to proceed with plans to hold a referendum on the Eighth Amendment after the Supreme Court ruled that the unborn has no constitutional rights outside the right to life in Article 40.3.3.
