Sir, – Too many vaccines have gone to waste due to a high level of “no-shows”.
The French have an elementary system for dealing with “leftover” vaccines – a simple public “no appointment” queue that enables the vaccination centres to use up the “leftovers” at the end of the day.
Just bring your ID, jab done, and then you are given an appointment for a second jab.
Happenstance, yes, but no extended resentment over privileged closed circles with elite access.
