Was last year’s Leinster a watershed or a destination? Held on to their regained top-flight status and in the flashing engagements of the league registered a couple of good wins but also a couple of dismal defeats. The team hasn’t shown much radical change in recent years and needs some new talent to improve and refresh after the impressive breakthroughs of recent years.
