Andrew Quinn came to Clare's rescue with a 50th-minute equalising point against Tipperary in a tame but tense semi-final in Limerick last evening.

There was never more than a point between the teams and Clare can thank goalkeeper Stephen Twomey for a marvellous save from substitute Michael Farrell in the 45th minute.
