We have opportunities for entry level journalists to work in publications within The Irish Times Group. If you are in the early stages of a career in journalism and want to work as a reporter in a cutting-edge multimedia newsroom, we would like to hear from you.
Successful candidates will gain valuable experience in producing all forms of content for digital and print platforms and will work closely with reporters and editors. They will work as general news reporters, taking on a wide variety of assignments. Applicants must have the ability to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines, along with strong writing and creative skills.
Appointees must demonstrate their ability to work independently and with others. They must also possess initiative, excellent judgment, decisiveness and good interpersonal skills.
These opportunities exist in both Cork and Dublin with an opportunity to also gain experience in our regional titles
