We wish to appoint an IT Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our Technology Department.
This role will to support the planning, co-ordination and delivery of complex digital projects across our web and app products. The person appointed will have the opportunity to work with different areas of The Irish Times, helping colleagues to accomplish their business goals. The successful candidate will be involved in, and responsible for, every aspect of a project from information gathering, scoping and documentation to project tracking, reporting and evaluation.
The varied nature of this position, spanning both business analysis and project management tasks, requires exceptional communication, organisation and technical skills gained in a web development / UX environment. An analytical approach, together with the ability to handle changing priorities in a deadline-driven environment, is essential. Proven experience in a similar role and a third level qualification in Business, Computer Science and/or Project Management is required.
