This role is part of a new team responsible for retaining our current subscribers and home delivery customers.
The person appointed will assist in maintaining and preventing customer churn and ensuring the churn rate is managed. S/he will be responsible for inbound and outbound retention calls and taking a proactive approach to customer service for our subscribers.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a retention or customer service role. S/he will have excellent communication skills and demonstrate resilience within a fast paced, retention driven environment. The role requires excellent organisational and problem solving skills.
