The healthy bacteria grow during the fermentation process improving our gut health and helps maintain a healthy immune system.”
The idea stemmed from travelling across Asia where Conor and Jayne saw first-hand how the locals used the highest medicinal grade herbs & spices in their purest form to help combat inflammation.
“My Granny was suffering badly with arthritis at the time when we were travelling, so we decided to bring back home the ingredients and prepare the spices in the same way we had seen along with the fermentation process. Nanny started getting relief from the product and through word of mouth we had over 100 people taking the product on a repeat basis. At this point, Enterprise Ireland and Bord Bia came on board and backed us as an up and coming food product. We launched the product just over a year ago and we are now stocked in more than 100 stores around the country”
