Adare chief executive, Mr Nelson Loane, has sold 100,000 company shares at a price of 710p per share, raising £710,000. In a announcement to the stock exchange, the company said Mr Loane had "to defray significant tax liabilities associated with the exercise of options against a former Adare director and other share transactions in the past year". After the transaction Mr Loane's holds 872,090 shares, or 6.4 per cent of the Adare issued share capital. His stake was worth £6,191,839 at yesterday's 710p closing price.
