ARCON International has produced over 20,000 tonnes of concentrates from its lead and zinc mine in Kilkenny since the end of March, the company said yesterday. This is understood to have led to gross revenues of $15 million to $16 million for the company. It also said its ongoing exploration programme at Galmoy continues to yield positive results.

The company said it has extended its exploration programme, on which it has spent £1.5 million so far. The company said drilling was continuing in a new zone, and further minerals have been found.
