Ardagh, the Irish glass bottle company which bought a company four times its size when it paid £283 million for Rockware earlier this year, will have its shares listed on the London Stock Exchange and dealings in the shares will begin on July 8th. Meanwhile, Ardagh director Brendan Dowling has bought 10,000 shares in the company for €25,124 (£19,786). Mr Dowling bought the shares - his first investment in Ardagh at €2.50 and €2.55 - on behalf of his personal pension fund.
