ISME, one of two small firms' lobby groups has alerted members to a novel new fund. The boarder loan fund is nothing to do with outplacing those who reside at schools, but rather a £200 million loan fund which will apply to the six boarder counties and the North. In its fact sheet, ISME mentions the Border three times, but spells it as the "boarder". Back to school, ISME.
