The rush to sell bank branches before the concession on the capital gains tax runs out continues this week, with agent Investi seeking a buyer for a Bank of Ireland income investment at Main Street, Rathcoole, Co Dublin.

The agents are guiding €2.05 million for the four- storey premises, which is let on a 25-year lease from 2007, with five yearly upwards-only rent reviews and no break options. The rent is €150,400.
