€2m for Rathfarnham infill site

Agent Knight Frank is quoting in excess of €2 million for a 1.56-acre redevelopment site and a Georgian house, Newbrook House, at Taylor’s Lane in Rathfarnham, Dublin 14.

The agents point out that Newbrook House is a protected structure and has about 80m of road frontage.

The elevated site would be ideal for a housing scheme, nursing home or retirement village.
