Aris rents Lincoln Place offices

Aris Global, which provides integrated software solutions to pharmaceutical companies, has leased all 218sq m (2,346sq ft) of office space in a modern four-storey building at 16a Lincoln Place in Dublin 2.

The company will pay a rent of €23 per sq ft on a five-year lease with the first few months rent-free.

The turn-key office solution was ideal for the company, according to letting agent David Reddy of DTZ Sherry FitzGerald. Ian Campbell of GVA Donal O'Buachalla acted for Aris Global.
