An industrial investment at the junction of Airton Road and Belgard Road in Tallaght, Dublin 24, which was under offer earlier this year at €2.3 million and ended up in receivership has finally been sold by Colm Luddy of CBRE for €3 million. The agent had originally set a guide price of €2.5 million for the detached manufacturing facility extending to 4,503sq m (48,458sq ft) which is let to Cable & Wireless under a 10-year lease from 2012. The initial rent was set at €250,000 with a review due after five years.

The building stands on a site of 2.9 acres and was sold at the height of the property boom for €13 million.
