Landbank for €3.5m

Agent REA Coonan is guiding €3.5 million for a 24-acre landbank at Kilcock, Co Kildare, which is to due to be sold at auction on November 26th.

The mixed zoning identifies 12 acres for “new residential” while the remainder is zoned for “community and educational”.

A new housing development known as Brayton Park is under construction in the same area on the western side of Kilcock.
